تُعد عمليات نقاط البيع (POS) من الركائز الأساسية للتعاملات المالية في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يُسهم بنك الراجحي في توفير خدمات معالجة المبالغ المدفوعة للعملاء باستخدام مختلف أنواع البطاقات. ولكن ما يهمنا كمتخصصين في المجال المحاسبي هو الفهم الدقيق لكيفية معالجة هذه العمليات وتحديد الرسوم المترتبة عليها، بهدف تسهيل العمل المحاسبي وتعزيز دقة العمليات المالية.
1. معالجة بطاقات الخصم (Debit Cards)
عند استخدام العملاء لبطاقات مدى، يتبع بنك الراجحي عملية بسيطة ولكنها مُحددة. يقوم البنك بإدخال كامل المبلغ المدفوع في كشف حساب التاجر دون خصم أي عمولة. وبعد ذلك، يسجل في حركة منفصلة العمولة التي تبلغ 8% مضافًا إليها 15% ضريبة القيمة المضافة. هذا الإجراء يُسهل على المحاسبين تتبع الخصومات المحسوبة والإشراف على العمليات المالية بشكل متتابع ومنفصل.
2. معالجة بطاقات الائتمان (Credit Cards)
بالنسبة لبطاقات الائتمان مثل فيزا، ماستر كارد، وأمريكان إكسبريس، تختلف العملية قليلًا. هنا، يقوم البنك بخصم 2.5% من المبلغ المدفوع، بالإضافة إلى 15% ضريبة القيمة المضافة على هذه العمولة. ما يُميز هذه العملية هو أن الخصم يتم دفعة واحدة، وبالتالي يتم تسجيل المبلغ الصافي مباشرة في كشف حساب التاجر.
3. اختلاف دورة الدفع بين بطاقات الخصم والائتمان
تكمن الفروق المهمة في توقيت إيداع المبالغ المستلمة. في حالة بطاقات الخصم، تُودع المبالغ فورًا في حساب التاجر. أما في حالة بطاقات الائتمان، فقد يتطلب الأمر وقتًا أطول بسبب عمليات التسوية التي يقوم بها مزود الخدمة. هذا التأخير يجعل من الضروري متابعة المتحصلات بدقة ومراجعة كشوف الحسابات بانتظام لضمان استلام جميع المبالغ المستحقة.
4. التوصيات المحاسبية
فيما يخص المحاسبة، بادئ ذي بدء يوصى باستخدام حساب وسيط لمتابعة عمليات التحصيل بدقة ومتابعة المبالغ الغير متحصلة ومطالبة البنك بها ومن ثم فيمكن التعامل مع كل حالة بشكل مختلف:
• بطاقات الخصم: يتطلب الأمر قيدين محاسبيين فقط؛ الأول لتسجيل المبلغ المستلم، والثاني لتسجيل العمولة المخصومة وضريبة القيمة المضافة.
يفترض أن يكون المبلغ المستلم مطابق لنظيره المسجل في الحساب الوسيط
• بطاقات الائتمان: المعالجة المحاسبية هنا أكثر تعقيدًا، حيث يمكن استخدام قيد محاسبي مركب يجمع بين المبلغ المدفوع والعمولة المخصومة والمبلغ الأصلي, وحيث أن المعلوم الوحيد هو المبلغ المدفوع فلا بد من رده إلى أصله لمعرفة المبلغ الأصلي ومعرفة مبلغ العمولة وضريبتها.
